Your application process

1) Complete the application. 

2) Upload the required documents, including proof of English proficiency.

1. Submit your application

To apply, you submit your application and the required supporting documents to the Admission Officer, who will guide you through the process and support you with any questions along the way.

2. Application review
Your application is reviewed by the Program Committee to verify that you meet the eligibility requirements and that all required documents have been submitted.

3. Evaluation of the application file
The Committee evaluates your application file and supporting documentation, including your academic background, qualifications, and overall profile.

4. Interview stage
Applicants who meet the requirements are invited to participate in an online interview conducted by members of the Committee.

5. Evaluation and ranking of candidates
Applications are evaluated based on the submitted documents and the interview. The assessment follows the chronological order of application submission.

6. Final selection of candidates
After completing the evaluation process, the Committee prepares the final list of admitted candidates and a list of runners-up.

7. Enrollment at the University
Successful applicants complete the enrolment process according to the instructions provided by the Program Secretariat.

  • Passport or National ID
    Photocopy of both sides of the national identity card or the identification page of the passport.
  • Secondary School Leaving Certificate
    Official leaving certificate, with translation into English where required.
  • Final-Year Transcript
    Official transcript of all subjects of the final year of secondary school, translated into English where required.
  • Proof of English Proficiency
    Certificate or accepted alternative evidence demonstrating English proficiency at B2 level or above.
  • Motivation Letter
    Up to 500 words explaining:
    • your interest in Sport and Exercise Sciences,
    • your motivation to study in the programme,
    • and your future goals.
  • Short CV
    A concise curriculum vitae including:
    • studies,
    • distinctions,
    • volunteering activities,
    • and other relevant activities.
  • Application Form
    Official participation form for the programme, submitted electronically through the admissions process.
  • Passport or National ID
    Photocopy of both sides of the national identity card or the identification page of the passport.
  • Secondary School Leaving Certificate
    Official leaving certificate, with translation into English where required.
  • Final-Year Transcript
    Official transcript of all subjects of the final year of secondary school, translated into English where required.
  • Proof of English Proficiency
    Applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level, according to the CEFR framework. Accepted proof includes:

    • English as a native language
    • Recognized English language certificate at B2 level or above
    • Degree in Foreign Language and Literature, Translation and Interpreting, or equivalent qualification
    • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree taught entirely in English
    • Secondary school certificate from a school where English was the official language of instruction for at least the final two years of study

    Please note: a teaching license in a foreign language does not automatically constitute proof of proficiency unless accompanied by the qualifying certificate and official translation where required.

  • Motivation Letter
    Up to 500 words explaining:
    • your interest in the programme,
    • your motivation to study,
    • and your future goals.
  • Short CV
    A concise curriculum vitae including:
    • studies,
    • distinctions,
    • volunteering activities,
    • and other relevant activities.
  • Document Verification
    The authenticity of the secondary school leaving certificate and transcript may be verified through one of the following methods:
    • Apostille (Hague Apostille), where applicable
    • Certification by a notary public
    • Validation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and/or Ministry of Education of the issuing country
    • Direct confirmation from the foreign school through an official email sent to the Programme Secretariat

€6,000

per Academic Year

The total tuition fee for the Program is €24,000 for the full duration of studies.

Tuition fees are paid in eight (8) equal semester instalments of €3,000 each. The first instalment is paid upon enrolment in the Program, while the remaining instalments are paid before the beginning of each academic semester.

Applicants admitted to the Program are additionally required to pay a non-refundable tuition fee deposit of €1,000 in order to confirm acceptance of their place in the Programme.

Payments are made electronically to the Special Account for Research Funds of Aristotle University (ELKE AUTH), according to the instructions provided by the Program Secretariat.
The total tuition fee for the Program is €24,000, covering the full duration of studies.
